Ownership
Once the build fee is paid, the client owns the website code delivered as part of the build.
Build + monthly plan
Monthly covers hosting and ongoing support (and domain management if included). If monthly is cancelled, the hosted site is taken offline. The client may request the website code files at any time.
Standalone build
Higher upfront cost. Client hosts and manages the website + domain. Ongoing support not included unless agreed.
